HSA & FSA expense documentation
Keep the proof behind every expense.
Scan receipts, organize HSA/FSA expenses, check eligibility and documentation, and keep the records you may need when it's time to reimburse yourself.
Prescription eyewear commonly qualifies as an HSA-eligible expense.
This receipt includes the provider, date, and itemized amount commonly needed to support a claim.
What BenefitProof does
From receipt to reimbursement record.
Three jobs, kept visibly separate โ because an eligible expense with a bad receipt and an ineligible expense with a perfect one need different fixes.
Check the expense
BenefitProof helps evaluate whether an expense appears to fit common HSA/FSA eligibility rules โ and says so plainly when it isn't sure.
Check the documentation
See whether the receipt or supporting document contains the information commonly needed to support the expense โ before you need it later.
Keep the proof
Save the expense, receipt, assessment, and claim status together โ instead of scattering records across email, Photos, and spreadsheets.
How it works
Four steps, start to finish.
Capture
Scan a receipt with your camera, or import a PDF or photo you already have.
Assess
BenefitProof checks the expense against common eligibility rules and reviews the documentation.
Organize
Keep the expense and its supporting evidence together, organized by account.
Follow up
Track a claim from ready, to submitted, to approved or needing more information.

Privacy
Your receipts are personal.
BenefitProof is a tool for organizing your own records โ not a company trying to monetize sensitive spending data.
Your expense records stay on your device
Receipt images, extracted expense details, claim history, and generated claim documents are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded to a BenefitProof backend. BenefitProof does not require an account.
On-device assessment
Eligibility and documentation checks run from bundled rules on your device. Where on-device AI is used to phrase an explanation, it never decides the result.
Optional analytics
Analytics and diagnostics are optional and disabled unless you choose to enable them in Settings. When enabled, they may transmit limited non-identifying usage and diagnostic information. Receipt contents, provider names, expense amounts, medical-expense descriptions, and claim documents are not included.
You control the record
Your expenses, documents, and claim history stay stored and organized by you, for as long as you want to keep them.
BenefitProof provides informational guidance and record-keeping tools. It is not tax or medical advice. Eligibility and reimbursement ultimately depend on applicable plan rules, tax guidance, and your plan administrator's final determination.
Keep the receipt. Keep the proof.
